Returns and Refunds
Our online courses are digital products. Once you buy a course, you get access to the materials for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Because these are digital products delivered immediately, we don't offer returns, refunds or exchanges once access has been granted. Please make sure the course is right for you before you enrol. If you're not sure whether it fits, get in touch before you buy and we'll talk it through with you.
If something goes wrong with your access or you can't reach the materials, email us at info@twenty2collective.com and we'll sort it out.
