This quarter, we've been asking a hard question: once a program is funded, delivered, and signed off, did the value it promised actually land? Most organisations can't answer that with any confidence. Benefits get written into a business case, then forgotten the moment delivery wraps up. Hear from our guest speaker, Warren Evans who will share his experience on leading a major capital program at an ASX-listed commercial property.

We can’t quite believe the year is almost done! Where did it go? The support our community has shown us means more than we can say. Hearing how our work has made a difference is what makes every session worth it. We’ve loved putting on these Community Connects throughout the year and would love to invite you to join us for one more in 2026. We’ll use this session to reflect on what we’ve achieved, what we’ve learnt, and what we’re carrying into 2027. Come wind down with us and look ahead to the new year.

This year has been a big one. New research, new conversations, and a growing community of people who care about making change and transformation work properly.
