Course Overview
Lego Serious Play uses lego bricks as a structured tool for problem-solving, strategic planning, decision-making, team building and change management. The sessions are fun but still produce effective results for your team. It's designed around bypassing the way people normally communicate in meetings. Instead of debating ideas verbally, where confident voices tend to dominate, everyone builds their answer to a question and then explains what they've built.
