This course is shaped around closing that gap. We don't just teach methodology. We teach the practice of running projects through real-world conditions, using your team's actual work as the training ground.
Multiple frameworks are available depending on what fits your team best: Basecamp, Scrum Master Certification, Scrum Product Owner, Agile PM, Lean PM. We refresh the content with every cohort to reflect what's actually working in projects right now. Length depends on the depth you need, and delivery can be in person in Perth or online for WA teams.
