HR Agility in Action 

• Product-led - view the employee experience as the product made up of different component parts.
• Human-centric design – shape the employee experience like a customer journey full of moments that matter for our people and brand.
• T-shaped people in T-shaped teams – deliver the employee experience through a collective, strategic, multidisciplinary delivery model.  
• Experimentation – co-create the employee experience in an evidence-based way through prototyping and testing.
• Deliver with impact – ruthlessly prioritise and measure impact to ensure the employee experience delivers the value that matters most. 

Day Two: Design Thinking for HR

Be guided through a real-life design thinking sprint. 

• Interactive and hands-on program where people apply skills to a real problem and bring Agile ‘to life’.
• Explore how to co-create change, enrich the employee experience and work in evidence-based ways.
• Work in small teams and aim to solve a real-world HR and business problem.
• The design sprint starts by learning how to research a business challenge and unearth employee pain points and problems to solve.
• Next, we’ll gather insights, identify patterns and formulate targeted problem statements.
• Following a fun ideation session, we’ll then design a prototype to test.
• Learn how to formulate a hypothesis test and design a workplace-based experiment to validate results.
• The day finishes with a learning retrospective and formulating a how to get started action plan.
