Agility in Leadership Program (1)

To improve organizational effectiveness by developing more adaptive leaders and organisations.

The focus of this workshop is guided by the Agile Leadership Compass and is delivered across 5x 2 hour learning modules focused on developing agile leaders who develop agile organisations to improve business outcomes.

Agile organizations require agile leaders. Therefore, we focus first on developing new thinking and behaviors in the leaders who are then more capable of demonstrating the agile values and co-creating effective change within the organisation - leading towards more resilient and effective organisations.

Workshop Schedule 

This workshop is optimised for an Australian Time Zone, however, open to all. Understanding Leaders have busy schedules we meet for 2 hours per week for 5 weeks and work as a small cohort to embrace our learning journey.
