Change management is now a core organisational capability, not a support function. Organisations that handle change well do so because their people understand how change lands, on individuals, teams and the wider organisation, and know how to work with that rather than around it. This course gives participants the frameworks, language and practical tools to do exactly that. It is the internationally recognised standard for change professionals, developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute.
Foundation runs across three days. It builds a solid grounding in how change affects individuals and teams, how to engage stakeholders and how to structure a change approach. The exam is multiple choice, included in the course fee, and the Foundation certification does not expire.
