Change management is now a core capability, not a support function. Organisations that handle change well do it because their people understand how change lands — on individuals, teams and the wider organisation — and know how to work with that, not around it. This course gives participants the frameworks, language and practical tools to do exactly that. It is the internationally recognised standard for change professionals, developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute.

The Foundation level runs across three days and builds a solid understanding of how change affects individuals and organisations, how to engage stakeholders and how to structure a change approach. The Practitioner level follows over two days, shifting from theory to application. Participants work through real-world scenarios and leave ready to sit both APMG exams. The qualification is valid for five years and recognised by employers across government, resources and professional services.
"The team at Twenty2 Collective were quick to build trust and rapport with individual team members and his workshop facilitation was professional and engaging. His experience in Agile project management across multiple organisations and recommendations in terms of its application to our Branch was insightful and practical. The work done by Marcus from Twenty2 Collective has set the Branch up for delivering higher quality and timely projects for our key stakeholders. It has been invaluable."

"The diagnostic was eye opening. Twenty2 helped us understand exactly where our Product Owners were struggling and why, and then built a program that addressed the real issues rather than generic ones."

"The Portfolio Board changed how we run our leadership meetings. For the first time we had a shared view of everything in flight and could have an honest conversation about priorities. Twenty2 built something simple enough that the team actually uses it."
