Our Practitioner course focuses on application, working through real-world scenarios to help you develop the judgement to use change frameworks inside live programmes. The Practitioner course follows on from our Change Management Foundation course. Although it is not necessary to do both, the two courses combined help to build a stronger understanding of change management. If you're interested in doing both, we have one Foundation & Practitioner course spread across five days.

Is this course accredited?
Yes. It is accredited by APMG International and developed in partnership with the Change Management Institute.
What is included in the course fee?
The Practitioner exam fee is included.
Do I need prior experience?
You must have passed the Change Management Foundation exam before sitting the Practitioner exam.
How long is the qualification valid?
The Practitioner certification is valid for five years. A re-registration exam is required between years three and five to maintain Registered status.

Change managers, project managers, programme leads, HR professionals and anyone in a formal role on organisational change programmes who holds the Foundation qualification.
