PARTNERED WITH

SOUND FAMILIAR?

Most meetings produce words. Few produce understanding.

Presentations that vanish as soon as people leave the room. Workshops that generate Post-it notes but no clarity. Whiteboards covered in text nobody reads. Visuals change this.

Information goes in but doesn't stick

Dense slides, talking heads, walls of text. People are present but not retaining. The content is strong but the format works against it.

Workshops produce activity but not alignment

Groups work hard, generate lots of content, and leave the room with different interpretations of what was decided. The visual summary wasn't captured in the room.

Ideas get lost because they can't be shown

You know what you mean. Putting it into words takes ten minutes and gets challenged in three. A picture would have landed in thirty seconds.

WHAT YOU’LL COVER

A practical visual vocabulary you can use in any room, with any audience

01

The Bikablo Visual Alphabet

Start with the building blocks: the visual alphabet, containers, arrows and figures that form the foundation of everything drawn in Bikablo.

02

Layout and Structure

Learn how to organise information visually — flow, hierarchy, clustering and structure techniques that make complex ideas readable at a glance.

03

Drawing in Real Time

Practise drawing while people are talking. Build the speed and confidence to capture live conversations without losing the thread or falling behind.

04

Visual Storytelling

Extend from recording to storytelling — how to sequence, frame and present ideas visually in a way that shifts thinking and keeps an audience engaged.

05

Advanced: Colour, Imagery and Complex Structures

Explore colour use, complex imagery, metaphorical thinking and the visual structures needed to represent abstract or multi-layered ideas. (Bikablo Advanced level.)

WHO THIS IS FOR

For anyone who communicates — regardless of whether they can draw

No prior drawing experience required. Bikablo is a learnable visual vocabulary, not an art class. Anyone who facilitates, trains, presents or leads will find an immediate use for these skills.

Facilitators and Trainers

Running workshops and training sessions and wanting to capture and visualise ideas in real time to deepen engagement and make content stick.

Change Practitioners and Consultants

Working with groups navigating change and wanting visual tools to communicate clearly, surface understanding and make abstract ideas concrete.

Managers and Team Leads

Presenting, running meetings and communicating strategy — and wanting to do it with more clarity, more engagement and less reliance on dense slide decks.
