Ask ten people what a Product Owner does and you'll get ten different answers. Backlog admin. Product manager. Stakeholder wrangler. Bridge to engineering. The role is genuinely confusing, partly because it covers all of that, and partly because most certifications only teach a sliver.
This course teaches the full role. Two days, globally recognised certification, hands-on practice. By the end, your team has both the qualification and the practical skills to actually lead product direction, not just maintain a backlog.

Eight core areas structure the course: Scrum Basics, Roles and Responsibilities, Product Vision, Estimating, Product Backlog, Prioritising, Release Management and Sprints. The format is hands-on, guided by experienced Agile coaches.
Pricing is $1,595 per participant with the exam fee included. Delivery is in person in Perth or online for WA teams. You also get complimentary pre and post-training coaching sessions and access to our learning community, which most participants find as valuable as the course itself.

What separates a strong Product Owner from an average one isn't technical knowledge of Scrum. It's judgement. Which features should go first when everything feels urgent? How do you say no to a senior stakeholder without burning the relationship? When do you trust your gut versus when do you wait for more data?
These are the questions the role actually turns on, and they're what the course is built around. Real scenarios and structured exercises mean participants are practising the hard parts of the role, not just memorising the ceremonies.
Your team leaves the course holding:
A globally recognised Scrum Product Owner certification
The skills to maximise product and system value
Product backlog management and grooming techniques that work in practice
Prioritisation methods that hold up under stakeholder pressure
Release planning and burndown chart skills
Stakeholder alignment techniques
A clear approach to product vision and roadmap
Access to our Agile learning community

Designed for product managers, project managers, business analysts, team leads, and anyone driving product direction in an Agile team. Basic Scrum knowledge helps but isn't required; the course is calibrated to where participants start.
Our Agile coaches are Perth-based and have worked with product teams across WA in industries including mining, energy and government.
