16 Hours To Get Certified

Scrum looks simple on paper. Three roles, five ceremonies, a handful of artifacts. Most people can memorise the framework in an afternoon. What makes the Scrum Master role hard is reading the team, knowing when to facilitate and when to coach, knowing when to push back on a stakeholder and when to let the team learn the hard way.
Most certifications focus on the framework and skip the judgement. This one is built to teach both. Approximately 16 hours to complete, globally recognised through Scrum Alliance, hands-on and grounded in real practice. You'll finish this course with the qualification and the confidence to use it.

Scrum looks simple on paper. Three roles, five ceremonies, a handful of artefacts. Most people can get across the framework in an afternoon.
The job is harder than that. You're reading a team that won't say what's wrong, fielding a stakeholder who keeps moving the goalposts, working out whether to intervene or let the sprint fail so the team figures it out themselves. The ceremonies don't tell you any of that.
Most courses cover the framework and stop there. This one doesn't. Sixteen hours, self-paced around your schedule, globally recognised through Scrum Alliance. You'll finish with the qualification and enough real grounding to actually use it.

The bulk of the course works through scenarios any Scrum Master will encounter sooner or later: difficult stakeholders, missed sprint commitments, team conflict, scope creep. The framework gives you the structure, but the response in each case comes down to judgement.
By the time the certification is done, you'll have both the qualification and the experience to handle the role with confidence.
After the course, you will hold:
A globally recognised Certified Scrum Master qualification
A working understanding of the Agile Manifesto and 12 principles
Clarity on the three Scrum roles and the five Scrum ceremonies
Sprint execution skills and the ability to facilitate Definition of Done
Release planning, sprint burndown and burn-up charts
User story writing and Agile estimation techniques
Access to our Agile alumni network in Perth and across WA
