Scrum looks simple on paper. Three roles, five ceremonies, a handful of artifacts. Most people can memorise the framework in an afternoon. What makes the Scrum Master role hard is reading the team, knowing when to facilitate and when to coach, knowing when to push back on a stakeholder and when to let the team learn the hard way.
Most certifications focus on the framework and skip the judgement. This one is built to teach both. Two days, globally recognised through Scrum Alliance, hands-on and grounded in real practice. Your team leaves with the qualification and the confidence to use it.
Pricing is $1,595 per participant with the exam fee included. We run it in person in Perth, online, or as a self-paced option. The format includes a minimum of 14 hours of interactive instruction across the two days, with simulation games and exercises, including the Ball Point Game, Candy Catch and Marshmallow Tower, that bring Scrum principles to life.
Training is calibrated to each participant's experience level. Whether you're new to Scrum or already working in an Agile team, the course is built around where you start.
The bulk of the course works through scenarios any Scrum Master will encounter sooner or later: difficult stakeholders, missed sprint commitments, team conflict, scope creep. The framework gives you the structure, but the response in each case comes down to judgement.
