Scrum looks simple on paper. Three roles, five ceremonies, a handful of artefacts. Most people can get across the framework in an afternoon. What makes the Scrum Master role hard is everything the framework doesn't cover: reading a team that won't say what's wrong, knowing when to facilitate and when to coach, deciding whether to intervene or let the sprint fail so the team learns it themselves.
Most certifications teach the framework and stop there. This one is built to teach both the structure and the judgement that makes it work.
